Improving the visitor welcome in London’s West End

This project was commissioned by The New West End Company a Business Improvement Disrict (BID). Working closely with the retail and leisure industry LiveTourism developed an action plan for ‘Improving the Visitor Welcome in London’s West End’. The three year action plan focuses on:

  • The West End ‘People Welcome’ – Red Cap Ambassadors
  • Making consumer information work harder
  • 2012: Maximising the opportunities (Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Queens Diamond Jubilee Year)
