LiveTourism develops business engagement workshops for The Royal Borough 2013
For destinations, the issue of attracting more private sector support is a hot topic. The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead called in LiveTourism to develop and deliver a bespoke industry workshop designed to prioritise ‘level of activity verses available budget’ scenarios through active business engagement.
In each two hour session, local businesses and organisations analysed the core activities delivered by The Royal Borough’s Visitor Services team, and considered the consequences of not doing so. Our summary report came with a series of phased recommendations which the destination is gradually putting into place.
