Life with LiveTourism
Like most of us, Jackie is multilingual. She speaks both private and public sector. She’s our social media fiend. Unlike some of us, Jackie is confident with new technology. She is a great press and PR manager, a creative copywriter and she’s allergic to business jargon.

Life before LiveTourism
Jackie survived 17 years in public sector tourism marketing and development. She has managed visitor attractions, art galleries, events and Tourist Information Centres. For six years she was Overseas Resort Manager for UK operator Falcon Leisure. As well as managing a neat suntan, Jackie was responsible for children’s clubs, negotiating hotel contracts, selling excursions, finding lost luggage and dealing with customer complaints.

Jackie has an HND in Business and Finance (Tourism) from Bristol Polytechnic where she learned to overcome her fear of public speaking.
