Jules is our yummy mummy high flyer. She dovetails perfectly with our Team Manager to provide a seamless service in running the LiveTourism office. By staying organised and unflustered – she makes sure that all the wheels are turning smoothly in our head office engine room.

Australian, Canadian? Listen carefully – her accent belies her roots.

Life before Live Tourism
A globetrotter at heart – having lived in London, Melbourne, Sydney, Toronto and the Cotswolds over the last 15 years. She’s also been busy raising her own little international team – with school, football, cricket, rugby, ballet and golf to co-ordinate as well as her own half marathons.

Previously she spent 12 years as cabin staff – leading the team in everything from holiday destinations to month-long private VIP tours of Africa. She knows firsthand that customer experience is the key to competitive advantage.
