Mary is not one to moan about not getting tickets for the 2012 Games. Her work as a member of the Visit London Approved Marque meant she was out on the streets getting London into shape for the big event and beyond. She’s a star Mystery Shopper with meticulous attention to detail which makes the advice she gives to small businesses on improving quality all the more valuable.

Life before LiveTourism
Mary’s career in hospitality started at the Savoy group, no less. She worked her way from floor housekeeper to Assistant Manager at the Lygon Arms before managing Human Resources at Sopwell House Hotel. Her more recent work as HR and Training manager for facilities services for GlaxoSmithKline and BP has made Mary very customer focused and brilliant at mentoring and getting the best out of people.
