Stephanie never forgets that tourism is all about having fun. By day she’s a talented member of our quality assessment team helping businesses to find new ways to make customers happy. After hours, she loves nothing more than entertaining and being the life and soul of the party. With a background in training and recruitment, she understands how to get the best out of teams and the importance of quality customer service. She brings a fresh perspective to any business, always delivering to a high standard and with enthusiasm.

Life before LiveTourism
Stephanie runs her own recruitment and training business advising on all aspects of HR. Her background in writing and delivering training courses has seen her work with charitable organisations, sales companies and customer service professionals, including as national training manager for high street agency Brook Street. Her passion and drive to achieve was recognised when she became a finalist in the Sue Ryder Women of the Achievement Awards 2010.
